We live in NUC and looking for outdoor trips around
The city do you have any recommendation apart of the usual trips to the falls and the finger lakes ?

Your question is very general. There are endless possibilities and the answer depends on many factors… There are few recommendations in my book (North East USA Maslulim Book) in the Albany River valley and in Cape Cod and Southern CN and RI which are perfect for a 2-3 days trip. And there are of course recommendations for longer trips in the Adirondacks and in VT, NH and Maine. I suggest you take a look at the book. If you have any specific regions I would be glad to assist.
