Special Notice! The following information may be important to you with regard to your reservation for the Lake O'Hara bus.

There will be rock slope stabilization work along the Trans-Canada Highway in two locations west of Field, B.C., near the western boundary of Yoho National Park, starting as early as August 5 and lasting until November. Motorists driving to the Lake O'Hara bus from Field, B.C. or the east (Alberta) will not be affected. The work will occur 6 days per week, Monday – Saturday, with anticipated delays of 20 minutes for alternating traffic. In addition, there will be a full closure of up to 90 minutes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week from 9:00am to 10:30am MST. Affected motorists with reservations for the Lake O'Hara bus are encouraged to plan ahead and leave with enough time to allow for these closures and still be able to arrive at the bus parking area in time for your scheduled bus departure times.
